Thanet Big Sing

Welcome to the Thanet Big Sing Community Choir. We’re a vibrant and friendly community choir, united by our shared love of singing. Our motto is WE LOVE TO SING.

We welcome all new members aged 18 years and over.

Under the expert guidance of our Music Director, Tony Castro, we rehearse every Tuesday evening during school term time in Westgate on Sea. No audition is necessary, and choir members do not need to read music or have any choral or musical experience. We sing a wide variety of music from popular to light classical and music from the Shows and we also commission new works for special events.

Throughout the year we sing at our own bespoke concerts and make appearances at other local public events. Friendships and social activities are very much at the core of what we do and we believe that singing together enriches lives and strengthens our community.
